Respite care was poor. Lack of catheter management training. Inadequate care of someone with communication difficulties caused by Parkinsons's disease. No follow up regarding concerns expressed.

My experience as a contractor to this care home is not good. Very disappointed with the communication. Very disappointed that they seem to not understand the importance of information regarding dangerous trees within there grounds. And their lack of action in regards to the this matter.

Thank you for being the perfect hosts to our event yesterday. The room was clean and homely and the ideal setting to raise awareness of macular conditions. The tea and snacks were lovely, and only bettered by the sandwich lunch that was provided for us. Our guests have said they found your home easy to find and welcoming with a friendly staff.
