Extremely poor and expensive service. Despite advising the company that I was advertising job roles for UK only through my business I was continually getting applicants from other countries. Despite asking numerous times for assistance with this I finally only got this sorted at the end of the month. I did not get one decent applicant despite spending nearly £400. Use Indeed instead this service is so bad I felt totally scammed. for a £400 spend I get loads of good quality applicants on Indeed and the customer service is fantastic. Re the response on applicants from EU. I didn't want EU applicants when I had specified the job role was in the UK . It took numerous calls with inept staff to finally limit the area to the UK. This took the best part of a month when I had raised it on the very first day.
