Very poor customer service refused to give me a refund, i brought some parts from ebay and they sent them out and the parts wernt as described and was completely damaged! they also said the postage was £120 when the courier contacted me it was only £56!

Broke my coil pack cover on my astra like a muppet and ordered a new one from these guys. Next morning had a phone call from one of the team just wanting to make sure I'd ordered the correct fitting part, then went to check they had it in stock to be sure. Found out the part was Opel and not Vauxhall but offered to send the correct sticker with no extra charge. Really polite and quick service, will be using again.

Excellent service , very very helpful ,ordered rear bumper for my Mondeo on Thursday arrived today (Monday) exactly what I wanted. Couldn't fault the packing, these guys must play Tetris with boxes on their tea-break as everything had a place and well protected. Much appreciated and would certainly recommend to others and use them again myself.
