Slow delivery! They said to expect bricks by Wednesday to Friday last week, I've chased their external delivery company myself twice and now they're saying they wont deliver until Wednesday this week - a whole week later than expected. Now they have arrived they are good quality and the same size as advertised but they have a divot in them which we weren't expecting, however we can make them work.

Total waste of time and fuel. Phoned them at 2pm to confirm that some ridges advertised on ebay were still available. Was advised that they were still there . Arrived at the yard an hour later to find a collection of non matching ridges with no more than 6 alike and none like the advert. Complained to the lad who "served" me that I'd travelled 25 miles to fetch them and he couldn't have cared less. Complete chancers and a very unfriendly service on arrival. Give them a miss

When exchanging messages, the price was supposed to be £1 each. Upon arrival, of course, the price was 1.10 plus VAT 1.32 pounds each. Service very not nice bricks do not match the description and photos. never again

Poor service and stolen money. I requested a brick sample and paid money for this. They next day I found the bricks I was looking for and asked the the order to be cancelled and the money to be refunded. This was in December. No response the the messages and he did not even answer the phone calls when I attempted to chase this up. 3 months later still no refund and I didn’t even get the bricks.

Awful experience. I had called about an item seen online, was told I could come to have a look. 90 minute drive, 3 hour round trip, and it was unavailable. The owner was extremely rude and unhelpful, and unwilling to give any assistance to find an alternative.
