I live in the UK, but am not British. From time to time I visit my country of birth where some of my oldest friends live. One of which got me interested in coffee as a hobby, and as I plan trip back home, I thought "What else would be a better gift than freshly and locally roasted coffee?". I order from Recent Beans quite regularly - I find it to be 5/5 service with quality coffee, very cheap prices compared to the widely available coffee options and this unique personal customer service that is sometimes hard to find in the modern day and age. The only problem I had was that it was 3:45pm Thursday, and I'm flying 1:00pm Saturday, so I entered the chat and asked how viable it would be to receive the coffee sent in mail on Friday/Saturday morning. The response was positive, I just made it in time for 4pm collection, so purchased and forgot about the whole thing... Until 3 hours later when one of the people (apologies if you're reading it, I don't know your name!) turned at the door with my bag of coffee! He travelled for an hour one way to deliver the freshly roasted coffee to my door! Just wanted to give massive shout out to Recent Beans and to the very kind gentleman who delivered it personally! I will definitely be ordering again!

We stopped by to pick up two big bags from the girls here. Very friendly and helpful. The coffee tastes good, one espresso blend, one decaf, both quite nice and rich (I asked for the darkest coffee they had!). Good value, would buy again
