    I recently had to buy a new computer and having looked at what was on offer at PC World, I decided to use an independent, local trader instead. I'm glad I did, Dave was friendly, extremely knowledgable and explained things to me patiently. He didn't try and sell me anything I didn't need but instead listened to my requirements and supplied me with exactly what I wanted. I have phoned him a couple of times with some setting up teething problems and again he was patient and courteous. Prices were competitive and the service first class. Highly recommended.

    TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, I'm a student with essay deadlines approaching. I use my laptop solely for writing. Needed it fixed but instead was criticised on my laptop not being fancy / able to do other things, that I don't need it to do. The worker made me feel as though I was wasting his time when I'm literally asking him to do his job, saying it was a laptop that grannies use for writing emails. Still doesn't justify why you can't just help me out and fix it. Aggressively flipped the laptop over on the counter, criticised it for having stickers on it. Worst customer service experience of my life. First-time I've ever been driven to leave a review because of how rude they were.

    AVOID THIS SHOP!! THEY ARE RIPPING OFF ELDERLY PEOPLE! My dad took his Apple IMac computer to this shop to be told it was beyond repair & they will take it to a place where it will be crushed! THEY ARE NOW SELLING MY DADS COMPUTER FOR £450! My dad called them this evening & was laughed at and they hung up phone! I’m disgusted that these people are allowed to run a business & scam the elderly!

    I was unable to send emails after my broadband provider was taken over by Sky. James from Carden Computers did his utmost to sort this out, changing my account settings and testing the new ones. He was very patient and very knowledgeable. He took over my pc remotely in an endeavour to help and spent a great deal of time doing this. Unfortunately the problem still exists and seems to be a fault with Sky who I will have to now contact. He told me about another temporary method I could use to send emails through my browser. I was very impressed with the service and would certainly recommend this company and would not hesitate to ask for their advice with any further problems. The shop has changed hands since my review so I am not sure what it is like now.
