Asked for hot towel shave was a cold damp towel (maybe they did a cold towel razor shave) cost £20 only for me to get home and have stubble requiring me to shave again. Staff seemed nice and might have rectified it but I’m non confrontational but upon thinking about it I had to review as this was my worst shave I’ve ever paid for and honestly a waste of time and money. Looking at other reviews the barbers tend to reply to bad reviews, your staff were nice just let down in end product, could have been a bad day or that I was a walk in who knows. Edit1. As stated I asked for a hot towel shave I wasn’t told you were doing anything else or the time needed. The fact that you did an express shave wasn’t told to me and still left me needing to shave later. The fact you felt the need to justify shoddy work shows the true atmosphere of your work environment. Service: Hot towel shave

Was really disappointed, I don’t usually do reviews but I wasn’t happy. We popped into town on Saturday, my husband and son went and tried this barbers and got a standard short back and sides, and was £40 !! Never paid that amount when going to a barbers and specially for a child’s cut !! I was not happy specially seeing as it wasn’t tidy and ended up coming home and tidying it up elsewhere. I personally wouldn’t recommend just based on the price and standard.
