    The worst company I have ever dealt with. Was switched automatically onto this supplier through my tenant Uswitch and from the moment it happened, the service has been appalling. I contacted them initially as I was recieving electricity bills from another supplier and wanted to find out why. After waiting over 55 minutes on the phone and no email response after 2 weeks, I was told that the electricity hadnt been switched as someone hadnt confirmed it in the system (their own system, so clearly them...). I then told them that i didnt want to use them and will be switching to which they had no apology or response to the poor service. I have now recieved an email from my new supplier that Rebel energy have informed them i wish to switch back to them as a supplier, which I havent and now will have to spend another 55 minutes asking them to reverse an erronous switch. Also their billing was 2x as expensive as my new supplier Simply, stay away!

    Smart meter installed November last year still showing 'not commissioned' i.e. neither they nor my brother can see actual usage. This was pointed out to them recently and yes he did finally get a refund but only after sending his readings. Prior they had failed to advise they were estimating his usage; also found out their system is not aligned to reduce direct debits to take into account the government funding so they were receiving the extra £66 pm funding - their excuse was that they relied on customers to contact them!!! Their app doesn't work so he cannot get his bills; and to top it all when he sent a formal complaint it bounced back to advise he was not in the group so it couldn't be delivered despite using the same email his account with them is registered - absolutely appalling.

    Absolutely ridiculous!! Rude customer service very unhelpful and they are making me pay nearly £400 a month for a 1 bed …ONE MONTH!!! Barely any electrical appliances so no excuse😵‍💫
