Everyone needs to have Rebecca in their life. Her yoga classes have been my saviour over the last 3 years getting me through big changes - not just the impact of covid - in my life. I love how explanations about yoga and the effect it has on the body and the mind and her flow of yoga poses during the class. She also is happy to run the class on zoom if I am unable to attend in person although for me going to the hall and practicing with other people is really important. Many thanks Rebecca for keeping the classes going throughout all the challenges we have had.

I have been attending Rebecca’s yoga classes for around five years usually in person but like most things during the pandemic an online version is available. I really enjoy Rebecca’s classes as are designed to meet the needs and abilities of the class and have a holistic approach to wellbeing. The format is never the same which is refreshing as some yoga classes follow the same format. I have attended and enjoyed several yoga retreats over the years which are so beneficial and an opportunity to meet new friends and spend time relaxing, eating well, spending time exploring more yoga as well as enjoying the company of fellow yoga students. Rebecca is always happy to listen, show empathy and offer alternatives when needed. I always look forward to the next class and feel so relaxed but knowing that I have challenged myself is empowering and as a busy working Mum it’s a special time for me and me alone.

I have had zoom and face 2 face classes with Rebecca, she is an excellent teacher and will offer alternative moves to beginners. Rebecca makes everyone feel relaxed and very welcome 😊 The classes are always different and often tailored to the needs of the class, for instance, backs or legs. I thoroughly enjoy the classes and always leave with a sense of well-being 😌

I started to join Rebecca's Yoga classes when she moved to Zoom through lockdown. It was an absolute godsend! I am a beginner to Yoga but that doesn't matter and Rebecca is able to cater for all levels within a class. She was fabulous organising all the technical bits and even now classes have returned to normal locally - those of us more remote can still join. I couldn't recommend Rebecca highly enough. It is a moment each week when I can stop, breathe, think about myself and after Yoga on Monday is usually when I have the best night's sleep!
