I don't normally give reviews but in this case the very upsetting experience with 'Rebecca Bradley London' should be shared; I gave to the above, a beautiful expensive fur coat for alteration with its hanger, a big shinny beautiful vintage burgundy hand made in Italy worth 400euro hanger, which was given to me by a member of my family who passed away, together with the original cover for my coat. On collection of my altered fur coat, hanger & cover, to my big astonishment, I was given instead of my beautiful hanger, a small cheap plastic hanger.. Why ??? Later said by Rebecca Bradley, checked premises for the hanger but NOT TO BE FOUND and not sure if my hanger was given at all with the fur coat ...!!! Really ??? On top of my missing hanger which as I mentioned has a deep sentimental value, the alteration of slimming the fit at the sides of the coat; the left side of the coat was taken in but also together with PART OF THE INSIDE LEFT POCKET which as a result left pocket can not be used ... !!! The coat fur's leftover pieces from the alterations were put in a used wrinkled and torn in places white carrier bag that was given to me ..?! This dreadful experience on a very poor alteration with such heartache & loss of my precious hanger costed me £1032.00 !! This business if at all shows an uncared for and unprofessionalism in every way I hope whoever reads my review will understand its reason behind it Still today , so upset by Rebecca’s unprofessionalism snd loss of my expensive hanger ..I trusted her and was totally disappointed by the disappearance of my luxury hanger that till today strangely has not been recovered and the cheap work on my expensive mink coat .. I have to be grateful I guess that my mink coat did not disappear while I left it for alteration .. How come there are 5 star reviews .. was I the only unlucky one??? Find it very hard to believe .. Redeem yourself dear Rebecca in this New Year and return the hanger to its owner, a 72 years old woman .. and make an old lady happy .. will be so grateful 03rd January , 2023

I have been past this shop when I was looking for a winter coat ..I find it unbearable that in this day and age beautiful innocent animals are being brutally slain to make coats ! This is so heartbreaking to think how these animals have suffered for vanity ! Not for me I'd rather use animal friendly coats where nothing has been harmed

I now have a sporty jacket with detachable hood plus a zip -on addition which transforms it into a mid-length coat. Wonderfully skilled work by Maria and such a warm, friendly atmosphere.
