I have had several Reflexology sessions with Ali. Due to chronic health issues I can no longer have massage and therefore reflexology was recommended. Ali takes a medical history and each time updates this as required. The environment is relaxing. Ali is warm and welcoming and has a lovely manner about her. The reflexology is amazing. My treatments have helped with relaxation as well as pain relief. Would highly recommend.

I started having reiki & reflexology over 3 years ago with Ali as I was struggling with lack of sleep ( maybe an hour or 2 a night ) & my mental health. I had tried medication & lots of other potions, nothing worked & Ali was my last hope at sleep. I was a non believer in reiki but had nothing to loose. I had a consultation with Ali where I truly opened up & we came up with a plan. I can honestly say Ali has changed my life, I now sleep, my mental health is in a better place & Ali has helped me through historic grief which I hadn’t realised was still effecting me & also recently through the loss of my father. I could not ask for a better person to help me & I would truly recommend Ali for holistic treatments & an all round good listener 😊
