I had a pregnancy massage today to try and melt away some of those pregnancy aches and wow did it deliver! I was incredibly relaxed from start to finish and definitely drifted off at one point. The setting was calm and clean and really enjoyable. Highly recommend. I will 100% be returning!

Small group yoga classes are fantastic, instructions are clear and there are always lots of variations to each posture to suit the needs of everyone. I love how each posture is broken down, getting my alignment right has really helped to gain a strong foundation on which I hope to build. Trisha is a natural teacher, her positive energy is contagious, I would most definitely recommend.
