Have been using Realyse for over a year now and aside from the platform application (which does exactly what it says on the tin) their customer support has been second to none. Most recently I was showed functions that I didn't even realise it could do which has become invaluable to our analytics processing! I don't place reviews often, but credit where credit is due. Absolutely terrible, would avoid! After countless emails to customer support, all of which have been ignored. Initially signed up for the free trial which was cancelled before the end of the trial, but ended up getting charged regardless. No one responds to any emails, awful customer support.

Big thank you to Greg Boxer and Will Parsons for getting Douglas & Gordon set up on REalyse. Greg approached D&G to pitch us a demo of the software, having used other competitors software for years we were cautious, nonetheless we were sold rather quickly. It throws the competition in the prop tech world out of the window due to to its mix of valuable planning and ownership data that has allowed us to get direct to the right people, this paired with its next level comparables and demographics data, which has allowed us to map trends in areas of interest makes REalyse a gamechanger. I know REalyse will be an absolute asset in the cogs D&G's Land & New Homes department over the years, I couldn't' recommend REalyse anymore! Watch this space.

I am a user of LandTech. Somehow REalyse have obtained my details and have been calling me unsolicitedly. I ask the first sales person not to call back before Dec, when my contact is up for renewal. I have had three calls from different sales people over the past 4 days. Cold callers, NO CRM, NO RESPECT.
