We have just exchanged contracts on our house, and have nothing but praise for Real Estates and senior negotiator Jordan Silver who managed the whole process with professionalism and integrity, backed by excellent communication skills and sheer hard work. The asking price was well chosen and Jordan and his colleague Francesca organised the viewing day with great efficiency and ensured that all 17 viewers had an equal chance to view the property and subsequently to register an offer. We received 8 offers of which 4 were at or above the asking price and Jordan assessed the potential of each offer and advised us accordingly. Progress towards contract took longer than expected but Jordan handled the issues causing this calmly, proactively and pragmatically, maintaining frequent contact with us and everyone involved. He was both realistic and reassuring.
