I first became aware of the totally professional service that Real Electronics provides when I visited them for work purposes relating to audio amplifier repairs and saw that they could actually do proper fault finding and repairs rather than just swapping modules, as so many other companies do. Several years later in 2023 my Sony Vaio laptop was getting 'tired' and I asked RE for a quote to replace the hard drive with an SSD. They quickly gave me a very reasonable quote and advised the best way to get the machine to them. Once they received it they confirmed that they could do the job, gave me a final quote and then emailed to let me know that the job was done. I paid by bank transfer and the laptop arrived by courier a couple of days later. New drive installed, Windows 10 re-installed, and everything works perfectly. Can't recommend these guys highly enough - talk to them about all sorts of electronics repairs, they can probably help.

Very bad experience, I don't recommend them. They don't care about customers. J34134 reference number. I was waiting two weeks, they didn't start anything , they just kept my keyboard Korg pa 300 in workshop, the reason : waiting for parts ... honestly?🤔 they didn't open the item to see what happens and... order the potentiometers??? The lady from reception was very rude to me when I called to ask about work stage or if everything is ok. I decided in the and to take back my instrument. By the way the labour cost was £89 , there is just less than one hour work. Them goal is just to get money not to make customers happy. That's all. I will let you know how I will sort it.
