    Difficult to get hold of anyone if you have a problem due to the Leeds sites being un manned.. Got hold of someone eventually who told me the completely wrong thing and made things more confusing and stressed. I wouldn't recommend.

    The site is easily accessible and being able to park outside your storage unit is brilliant. I had a storage unit for my business for just under two years, which ended in Jan 2022. I received no notification to say an increase in my monthly premiums would be by 75%. I called and was told by Danielle that this was down to the salesman who sold me the contract at the time and had since left the company. I had no notification of the increased premiums from Ready Steady Store apart from my bank telling me I was overdrawn. When I spoke to Danielle, apparently an email had been sent but this had definitely not been received. An increase of 75% was highly unacceptable so I cancelled my contract immediately, giving the two weeks notice, only to be told I would have to pay the full month and they would then refund me two weeks! Which I did not agree to. It was disappointing given I had been a loyal customer.
