The cafe has changed hands since I last visited, the new owner is eager to help you pick a game and get playing and is friendly but not at all intrusive, I'm looking forward to the new owners getting more confident, but it is still a wonderful experience. Booking is almost certainly a must, I 100% recommend anyone to give it a visit even if you're not one for board games, there are many non traditional games which are simple and easy to pick up whilst very enjoyable and competitive.

Wonderful variety of games. Knowledgeable staff. Cosy atmosphere. Only downside is not wheelchair accessible at present although staff did say they are going to be sorting a suitable ramp into the property. Loos are not disabled friendly either. Did have a wonderful time with lots of new games played and will definitely look to come again soon.

Cute little cafe, secluded and nice. Free parking right out front! Many cakes and drinks available for purchase. Plenty of boardgames ranging from light family games to heavy euro games. Tables are large enough for large games and drinks! Come here for a relaxing time!

Very welcoming. Under new management as of January. Good service with good knowledge of games. We’ll certainly be back. Worth buying games from there as we had a discount as we had a sit down and play session. Very happy.
