The Big Mac version is phenomenal. Have had the chicken burger too and few other things and was so addicted to this place when it first arrived. There had been a few teething problems as time went by as the staff maybe had to be trained a little better or needed more time but the quality was always hit or miss which is such a shame because when done right this place is one of the best in London by far. If it wasn’t for the inconsistencies this would have easily been 5 stars. I wish there were more chains in London because not many people know about it and it blows neat burger out of the water.

Depend who makes your burger - sometime you get more sauce in your burger sometimes less. When they nail it it’s sick. Generally reliable - just wished they hadn’t closed Finchley Road 🙄

They were closed, and it was delivery or click and collect only, hopefully others won't make the mistake I did. I'm not local, and I was in the area for other things, so I wanted to walk in. After a 35-minute walk (after my 1.5hr car journey), I found it wasn't open. I'm not sure how you can do the click and collect and it's not clear on the front of the store, sadly. Three stars, as I'm sure their food is amazing (as I can see from reviews), just a shame it was not open.
