We ordered 5 Hydro soft 25 kg salt tablet bags from Martyn yesterday at about 11am and he delivered them just before 11am today ! As we are elderly, he put the bags in our garage for us. Martyn is a very pleasant person to deal with. Would recommend him without hesitation.

I've always bought my salt blocks directly from Harvey. Saw an ad in the local Round & About magazine and decided to give this local company a go. They are a bit cheaper than Harvey, but it is the same stuff, in the same packaging. I ordered at 09:15 this morning and the delivery came while I was out, same day! That's just brilliant. Then, we wondered why they'd left them on the drive, rather than the doorstep... Until I realised (a) they put them next to the garage, where we were going to store them and (b) they put them on the gravel, rather than paving because it is less likely to crack the blocks. Indeed, after years of ordering directly from Harvey, this is the very first time I have received salt blocks that are NOT broken into pieces! I'm so pleased to have found a supplier who thinks about what they're doing and how to focus on customer service! I'll be back when these run out👍🏻

As someone who's disabled and can't drive, this service is a real lifeline. Martyn's emails were concise and informative, his pick up fits perfectly down our congested drive and he delivers to our garage door. It takes all the hassle out of going to the garage to pay 5 quid per bag more and getting it myself (with the help of someone who can drive.) Today was the second time I've used this service and now that I'm confident, I'll be sticking with them.
