Doctors there just don‘t care about any issues you‘re having. While I understand that the NHS has suffered in the past decade or so it‘s no excuse to offer such a poor service. I‘m just glad I‘ll be moving away soon

Not easy to get an appointment for registered patients. Need to wait days or weeks to get an appointment mostly. It's very surprisingly if the reception answers the phone as they never do. I have been calling since last week numerous times, after being on hold for about 10 minutes, the phone gets cut off. Not very pleased. Have been there as a walk in patient 2 times in the last 3 months and had to wait 2 hours to be seen. Been waiting on the phone 20 mins now since 8 Update 2023 Getting appointments is still not easy and if you are lucky enough to get an appointment you still got to wait 30 mins or so to be seen

Time and again I have been witnessing good service from this centre. Every one complains about the Reception staff being unprofessional or not helpful but nobody realise the tremendous pressure they undergo while doing their job. I can name a couple of them at least Theresa and Ruth if I am right. Theresa is always polite, kind and very helpful in her approach. She can read a situation and find solutions immediately. She and Dr. Annan are real assets to this organisation. I have always found Dr. Annan’s approach very welcoming. I feel very secured whenever he consults me. Thank you once again to all the staff here including the Manager.

Ridiculously slow. First you need to turn up f2f to get an appointment 2hrs later. Then when your appointment time comes u realise the whole process is 1.5hrs late or more.

Excellent care and friendly service from the receptionist & the nurse. I've been in pain & poorly with a severe sore throat unable to get an appointment with my GP or any help all week. I used the Reading walk in centre as my last resort this morning because I didn't know what to do. I was given an appointment within a couple of hours and seen quickly and now feel relieved to have the medication needed to hopefully get better. Thank you.

Everyone at the centre was professional and friendly. Though very busy they treated everyone with care. The nurse who treated me was very thorough and explained each step in the procedure. Excellent treatment!
