Updated review: I have experienced some communication problems with the practise during my Invisalign treatment and I would have liked to have seen one ortho therapist throughout my treatment instead of multiple therapists. However, the practise and Dr Hanel have since addressed my concerns and have put in place a treatment plan for the reminder of my treatment which I am currently happy with.

I have just finished my invisalign treatment with Reading Smiles. It started a year ago with Dr Bikram Narang . He has been amazing thorough the whole treatment. The reception staff are super friendly and very experienced. The Dental Nurses make you feel relaxed and attentive. Dayle the Hygienist was very kind , as I had had several bad experiences with Hygienist before. Dr Hanel Nathwani spent ages checking my teeth before the processes started and was very thorough. I can HIGHLY RECOMMEND Reading Smiles for all aspects of dental work. I am thrilled with my new teeth . You are now my new dentist! Thank you all so much.

The staff here are always super friendly. Mario and Amy were very helpful with my treatment. Eniko left my teeth squeaky clean and Dr.Alshafi did a great job with my extraction. The nurses helped make sure I was calm during the procedure and really helped my nerves. Highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for dental work!

1. Absolutely Great experience :) Free review after my tooth filling , Free antibiotics when I was in pain after filling , Great advise from the great receptionist, I would have removed my tooth without their advice . 2. I was very very nervous to do my tooth filling , I went somewhere else before Reading smiles and I was advised to remove my tooth that it can not be fixed and needs specialist to do it . 3. Thanks God Dr Joanna assured me and explained every step and told me that my tooth's location is very trick to do filling. However , she did an outstanding Job, thought I was in pain for few weeks , I was provided with free review and free antibiotics. I can now say that the tooth has healed very well , eating as normal. 4, Thank you to all the team at Reading smiles , especially Dr Joanna and her assistant who treated me , I was really in excruciating pain, sleepless nights . Highly recommend the service from Reading Smiles. They really do everything to make you feel at ease and to get the results you want from your treatment. Lovely friendly people from the dental staff to the excellent receptionists. Getting my crooked teeth sorted took a while, because they want it to be right in the long term rather than a quick fix. Not only do my teeth look great now, but my jaw pain is a thing of the past. Thanks to everyone there.

I had composite bonding done at Reading Smiles and the results are very amazing and I am very pleased. Dr Tinishe has done a very good job. The staff are very nice and accommodating as well, they keep you updated with the appointments and responds to emails. The clinic itself is also very neat and aesthetic 😊
