Rang today for advice and was laughingly (sneeringly) told by the answering receptionist that I had contacted the “wrong” Court. When I asked if she could assist with the right Court she very rudely told me to “Google it!” What a poor front of house service. Absolutely ignorant and unprofessional. I feel shattered by this.

They never answer the phone. E-mails take 10 days to reply to. If you go there in person (because they never answer the phone), they won't deal with you as there's no counter service, they just tell you to phone them.
