Can’t do their jobs right and leave you on hold for way too long. Avoid going here if possible

Absolutely rubbish. Been trying to contact the court over an upcoming court case. Have called multiple times, and left on hold for over an hour on each occasion before giving up, and on one occasion was Left on hold for over 3 hours on the phone before giving up ...... email no better, you never get a reply. I would give no stars if I could

Have waited 40 minutes and counting just to speak to someone…….is there anyone out there??? Do I keep waiting or cut the call and then face the same again? What a carry on! I guess I must have called during the morning tea break.

Really poor. Wasted over an hour just trying to get through via a phone call. On the day of our case we were made to wait for over 2 hours after our time slot. Cr*p. Sort it out.

Their communications processes are chaotic and too often important emails get lost in the nether. I nearly missed my court case which had been brought forward by one hour - their email notification was sent to my junk box! 18 months is a long time to finally be heard in court. But it's a relief to know that the law does support those who have been wronged. I've been so stressed by this case for a long time and finally I feel that justice has been served. The judge was very patient with my layman case, and she paid much attention to the detail within my lengthy report. I really appreciate her efforts in trying to see both sides of the story. Advice for anyone preparing for court - check your junk box regularly just in case you miss out on any changes to the court date and time; take hardcopy documents with you and be prepared to re-send emails to the reception. And remember, no matter how big the corporation is that wronged you, you still stand a chance.

Absolutely shocking service. You call and call and are kept waiting until you have to give up. Called and waited for 40 minutes before giving up in my latest attempt. Why don't you get enough people to answer the calls? you make enough money charging people outrageous sums of money for every form they have to fill in. Update - To top it all, they seem to have lost my 100 page paper document sent to them by Royal Mail 'Signed for' delivery. The level of incompetence is astonishing.
