Overall experience was very positive, and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, without being pushy / in your face (which I hate!). I will break this into a few sections based on my experience. - Pre-sales: Very helpful, clearly passionate about the industry they work in. A non-pushy approach to selling, which was very much appreciated. The purchase was smooth and the next steps were explained well. - Post-sale: This is the one area that I personally found slightly disappointing, maybe I am a little old-school in this area. My only criticism would be wanting better communication and updates, but I understand how busy the site is. An email update would have kept me satisfied on the progress/delay. - Workshop & PDI: I cannot fault the service team, they really went the extra mile, considering I was purchasing a 10 yr old caravan. - Delivery & Handover: Amazingly detailed, and no question was to much for the team. Really gave us comfort and a good understanding of how the particulars work in the caravan. Cleaning was first class, as was the presentation of the caravan. First impressions count. - Shop: Super helpful team, and a well stocked and competitively priced shop. Their attention to detail and knowledge really provides you with a level of satisfaction. Brilliant service from Reading Caravans leisure shop today. Lindsey was very knowledgeable on the products and even helped me out to my car with the products! The shop is well stocked and competitively priced. I found myself wishing I hadn't brought a few things on Amazon and waited til I visited the shop!

I cant praise the people in the workshop at Reading caravans enough, My caravan has always been serviced and repaired by them. Throughout this process the guys have been very helpful, provided constructive solutions and suggested ways to remedy faults effectively. I purchased my van from Reading caravans as they are just down the road from were I live. I paid slightly more than if I had shopped around, but the benefit of using them has paid dividends. I would not go anywhere else. and would highly recommend them.

Caravan was in for a service and fridge repair. I found the service staff difficult to deal with, they never contacted me at key stages in work when required. They didn't complete the service in time and complained the fridge repair was a to difficult job for them. After charging me for a repair of the old fridge they couldn't fix i purchased a very expensive new fridge which they said was to difficult to install and get fully working. It's still not fully working.
