Marcos Fernandes was the sales representative at Audi Reading - part of the Sytner Group. As I was purchasing my car from a distance of over 250 miles, I needed to have confidence in the sales rep. I had lots of questions and Marcos supplied all the answers. He endured that everything was sorted for me, so that I was able to travel to Reading and drive away the same day in my new car. The car spec was detailed - the paperwork was all sorted and I felt very happy when I was handed the keys to my new (to me) Audi A1 Vorsprung Sportback. Excellent service - very helpful.

I popped into Reading Audi last year as I was thinking of an S3 second hand, I wanted to find out more about the features the cars had, I spoke to Matt Stanworth and we discussed finance for older or a new car. He took me for a test drive a couple of days later and I decided to take the plunge and order a new one, Matt and his other colleagues who did some of the finance paperwork were really helpful. I'd done lots of research online and was happy that I wouldn't have got a better deal elsewhere for the car. It took a while to come due to the chip shortages however Matt kept me up to date all the way and this was obviously outside of his control. As soon as the car was in the country he arranged for me to pick it up really quickly. It's a really nice building there and all the staff were great, whilst waiting they got drinks for my toddler who was with me and Matt even went to find a plug so we could charge said toddler's kindle to keep her quiet! I've now got one of my dream cars on the driveway thanks to Matt and Reading Audi, I will definitely be returning to them in the future when it's time to change.

Terrible service. Needed the service history for a vehicle that was performed at Reading Audi. Was told there was absolutely no records for the car so they didn’t try to even check. Went to another Audi dealership and they provided it in 5 minutes. Not willing to help unless you’re spending money.
