Fridge repair - Engineer came from Marchwood Engineering in Ringwood which was a surprise for a "local firm" and it turns out they are under common ownership. Linked to Marchwood Appliance Repairs Ltd - please read their terrible reviews as well. Customer service at Reading Appliance Repairs Ltd is equally poor and you are left with no confidence that they can sort the issue that they diagnose following call out, so will write off the call out and start again. BEWARE - STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT YOU TRY SOMEWHERE ELSE

Their engineer (efficient and pleasant) arrived to check our Samsung American style fridge freezer as the digital display panel was faulty. He informed us that a replacement control panel would need to be ordered which would take about 7-10 days but was in stock at their suppliers. We paid £93.60 for the initial call out visit but now 4 weeks later it appears that they have not even ordered the part. I chased the repair up after 2 weeks and was promised a call back but they didn't. We've waited 4 weeks for them to do nothing and to make matters worse, they now want another £60.00 to fit the part (which is costing £134.39).
