Shocking service when a part needed replacing on my Santa Fe. Told me that another part must be destroyed to gain access to the faulty part and that both replacement parts would be at my cost. The faulty part is a safety issue and is being replaced in the US for free due to the safety aspect. Email sent to customer service team as requested below. Taken a couple of months to resolve but thanks to the fantastic service recovery of Read's Customer Service Manager we have a successful, satisfactory resolution to my problem. I cannot fault the effort that Dan has put into chasing this issue for me and am extremely grateful that he has been part of this solution.
