I was particularly looking for a Hyundai Ioniq in an unusual colour and found a car finished in Brown at this dealer. I signified my interest through car guru and was sent a brief walk round video of the car with a commentary by a member of staff. Based on the fact that the car was being sold by a proper Hyundai dealer, I felt that this would be a better option rather than going to an independent dealer. I made contact with Nigel Smith who was helpful. A particular bonus is that the car came with a year's warranty for peace of mind. Logistically, the dealership and my home address made it very difficult for me to collect the car personally. I arranged for it to be delivered. The car arrived in a very clean condition although I do not like the smell of the cleaning fluid which pervades the car even after weeks of use. Only one issue has let things down which relates to the sat nav which did not function. When I queried this, Nigel said that he would arrange for someone to look into it. Unfortunately, no one came back to me and I eventually managed to deal with it myself by purchasing an SD card that actually worked. I thought that Read might feel obliged to pay for the card but they did not seem interested. A nice car although aftersales could have been better!

Very happy to drive fromm Kingston upon Hull to Lincoln knowing I'm going to enjoy the experience. Chris Park is an absolute gentleman, not pushy in any way and just tells you as it is, take it or leave it. Can't wait to pick up my new purchase in a few weeks 😁
