Very poor communication from this office after registering with them & being told by Mr Spence that he could keep me busy all year round , completed one shift for them & was then told that they were struggling to get me work , also poor in respect of that you yourself have to keep chasing them & in return & at times you don't even get a call back even after the person says they will call you straight back All in all I would not bother with this agency if I were you as it seems to me that it's a case of getting you registered to make the numbers look good on there books & then make & give you false promises in respect of actually getting you work 👎👎

According to these amateurs a new Photocard Driving Licence isn't proof of ID. Neither is a Driver CPC card or a Digital Tachograph card. Even though the Government and Police say it is. Perhaps they need to get out more.

Always plenty of notice, with full job detail long with any complexity fully explained well in advance. Full PPE along with health and safety aspects completed without exception. All staff have detailed knowledge of their activities so never passed about to find the right person. Finally the staff are polite and respectful, with a smile on their face which in my opinion makes all the difference. I can only offer complimentary and exceptional experiences of the service.
