Can't give zero stars, but seeing as there is actually no service, there can't be a star. If you call, you get told to hang up unless it's an emergency (in which case they'd tell you to go to A&E), and after setting up an Anima account, I can't book a single appointment for anything whatsoever. Our whole family held back on using the GP for the two years of the worst part of the pandemic, but now what happens to routine care? How do I know if I have cervical cancer if I can't book a smear test- or am I expected to queue up at 8am every morning and see if I can just wing it (a highly personal experience that I don't know anyone who enjoys!) On the rare occasion we've seen a doctor for the kids they've been great. But the waiting room is empty. Why is it impossible to book anything at all, except "on the day"? How do they expect people to live like this? How many patients have died because they're not able to access routine, non-emergency care?

I’ve been waiting for a call back for over three hours for my baby who has a temp of 42 double eye infection and ear infection. No call back and they’ve gone on lunch.

Why does it take a doctor 7 days to actually speak or e-mail an e-consult patient? A quick e-mail reply, only to be told have to wait 7days for doctor consultation via phone. Who makes such a decision, receptionists or doctor.?

Trying to book an appointment and virtually impossible and not set up for ease of use. No point calling as an automated answer tells you no before you speak to someone. Poor service, but appreciate likely due to funding. All stereotypes met here unfortunately.

My 2 year old son hasn’t been well, managed to get seen and antibiotics. Because of the shortage I needed to change the amount, I called up in a panic knowing it was late on in the day - they sorted it for me with no issues. Thank you

Whenever I have needed the support of a GP recently they have been very helpful. The econsult service has been a godsend. I have found all staff, from receptionists to Drs, really friendly and efficient despite working under immense pressure.

You need to make appointments through E- consult but you can query over the phone if needed. Practice is probably short staffed but do their best like every other NHS service these days. Been here for blood tests and covid boosters no issues.
