Stay well away from these cowboys not even a registered company. Gives fake names doesn’t answer calls or texts selling completely faulty cars. Dissolved a number of companies over the past 5 years. Sold me a car that has now had engine failure within weeks of buying doesn’t want to sort the problem out even though I have consumer rights having to go down the legal route to deal with it. Google Birmingham City Motors ( BCM Motors ) and read the reviews and you’ll see for yourself what type of people they are. Even using fake reviews complete frauds

Called 2days in advance to see if a car was still available, it was so I expressed my interest in a viewing. 1day before viewing I called again saying that we'd arrive between 11-12 midday. It was a 50mile trip there, 50miles back + ULEZ charges to get to the place. Arrived a little early so waited outside. Upon entering, we have a chat about viewing the car, "ah sorry it's at our other warehouse we'll bring it round in 5minutes" 5mins passes, "calls" again for the car to be brought round. Then becomes 10mins, then becomes another 15. At 11:55 it was clear this car wasn't going to arrive anytime soon. Overall, 100miles travelled, fuel wasted, ULEZ for nothing. The dealer then said that if I had requested the car to be there I should've asked for that. It's a given that if you say you can view a car between a certain time 11-12, that the car should be there waiting. Seems not.

Called up on the 1/12/22 regarding a vehicle, said I would be coming down on the 2/12/22 to view and purchase, asked if they would like me to put a deposit down to be told no if you're coming tomorrow that it will be fine. Skip to this morning I call up to let them know I'm on my way to be told they sold it last night. Poor service very disappointed.
