You have to book a time to take your stuff to be recycled, why? Weird! Also you have to take proof of address, to make sure you're in the area for that recycling centre

Not very well organized in terms of signs. At your first visit it might be confusing. However is quite small and one learns fast, so not a big deal. We asked for information and they were extra rude. I was in shock as we normally visit the Reading one and everybody is always very kind and helpful. We asked to talk to a supervisor and they didn’t know what to do. They seemed to agree it’s ok to shout at people who ask for information

I love being able to book a slot - no queues!. Easy to sort your waste and then get on with the day. Annoyed that you have to pay for rubble, soil etc, when you know R3 will still make money on the deal. Small appliances up top with generL waste. Glad to see Hard Plastics being separated

Going to the tip had improved greatly since booking was introduced. And with slots available without major delay, no complaints. Staff very helpful today, (Nov 2021) we had a heavy brown bin to empty over the barrier and someone came over and volunteered to help . Update in Feb 2023: booking system working well, plenty of slots and short queue to get in.
