Avoid this place. The guy doesn't know what he is doing. He says one thing, then the precise opposite in the same breath. He changed the charging port on the laptop. When I checked it and pointed out that it wasn't charging he said that some devices don't indicate whether they are being charged which is clearly nonsense. Also said it was something to do with running an older version of Windows, which makes no sense. I asked him if he had done any diagnostic tests and said he didn't need to, then immediately afterwards said he had done diagnostic tests. Charged me £25 for his time. Refused to give me a receipt. Go somewhere else.

I like this shop because when I walked in I was greeted pleasantly and the owner asked politely what the problem was and I told him and he said it would be done in a few days. A couple of days later I walk into the shop and my device was fixed. I really would recommend coming to this shop

My phone needed a screen replacement amongst other things doing, Shop was meant to be open from 10am on Saturday, called up and owner said he would not be in until 12 and to leave it with neighbouring shop, unorthodox but a solution nonetheless. Was called back later with a quote for the work to be done, was told it would be ready by Wednesday. I hear nothing on Wednesday and have to call up myself only to be told the job has been rejected and to come and collect my still unrepaired phone AFTER 4 DAYS of being told that it will be fixed. Would not recommend at all.

Sold a usb-c cable which only charges and doesn't allow for transfer of data. Tried to return with the handwritten receipt and told no returns. Swapped for another cable only for me to get home and realise I'd been given exactly the same faulty cable I'd originally brought in.
