Bought this 2016 Audi A4 from RCS car sales earlier this month & I'm extremely happy with the car and service they provided. I communicated directly with Tasha who made the whole process a pleasure. She was quick to answer/resolve any queries and even went to the lengths of getting me a new cambelt & waterpump put on the car before i purchased it, with no extra charge! Seriously annoyed....viewed a car on autotrader....had to ring to find out the colour of vehicle as the write up listed 3 yes 3 colour combinations.... 3 hour round trip to see a car that was listed as diesel with £20 road tax only to find it was petrol and £185 tax. The vehicle hadn't been prepared, it looked like it had spent 6months under a tree... The salesman blamed auto trader, say it auto filled the info BUT how long does it take to read your information before hitting the sales button

After checking the reviews for this place I was confident in my decision to purchase here. I’m afraid it didn’t quite turn out the way I’d hoped - after putting down a deposit I was still without a car three weeks later. The vehicle needed to be MOT’d which was fine, plus a couple of little things needed sorting. However after multiple visits to the garage an ABS issue still wasn’t resolved. It always felt like I was having to call for an update, and while the sales guys were pleasant enough, there didn’t appear to be any sense of urgency. When I got my deposit back I found another vehicle somewhere else and drove away the same day, with a 12 month warranty - easily done. I just can’t recommend RCS.
