They were an amazing help and really took the time to understand who we were as an organisation as well as what we were hoping to achieve with the video. Right from the start with the proposal all the way through to the final editing and wrapping up stages of the process RCM went way above and beyond what we expected. The final pieces they delivered to us have been amazing and we couldn't have asked for any better. The whole team at RCM were great at helping us plan everything out which really helped things run smoothly on the day. They were all wonderful at putting our staff who featured in the film at ease which helped us get some really great and authentic footage which is exactly what we were looking for. Not only did we receive great service from everyone, they were very quick and efficient at turning around the filming and photography they did for us.
