Thank you to all the team at RCM 4 x 4 Limited for the excellent service I received. I first went to see them with my defender 90 in February for a health check. Since then we have carried out a list of upgrades to the defender from under side protection to fitting ATB Rear Differential. Nothing seems to be to much trouble for Rich and the team. After a failed MOT, the team managed to squeeze my Defender 90 into their busy schedule, complete a long list of work and get it MOT'd in time for going on holiday. Tim was very professional and took his time to explain in detail what work was needed. The quality of the customer service and the work undertaken were excellent,. First time I've used these guys. Tim was very professional and took time to explain how they worked in terms of gaining authority for additional work, etc. Everything was carried out and he phoned me to say the car was ready for collection later that afternoon. Can't fault them in any way; certainly an improvement on the service I receive at the local franchised Land Rover dealer.

These guys really are fantastic. My Evoque had a major breakdown and they dealt with the repair superbly. Whilst doing the work, another issue came to light and they notified me of the issue, ordered the part and fitted it with no additional labour cost - and they let me hold on to the courtesy car for a second day. Customer service is so much better than I used to get from the dealer and I feel that they really care for me as an individual. Will keep returning for future work, and will recommend them to anyone.
