Drove 30 miles there to take my husbands car exhaust tips, received a rude attitude, so I brought them back. Didn't feel I could trust them with a glass of water, let alone a set of Porsche exhaust tips

I took my Front and Rear Bumpers to this company and unfortunately they acted terrible. They inspected my Bumpers and gave me a price. They then kept the bumpers for 3 months, and then told me that they could not repair them as it was too difficult, and they were too busy. During that 3mth period I called and left messages but they didnt return my calls. Very very disappointed as they were recommended by a friend, who is now also in difficulties with them.

They did an excellent job on a few parts for my Kawasaki KZ750. Only downside it that they are very busy, so its worth asking what the lead time is before sending stuff down to them. If you're not in a rush then great, but don't expect a 24 turn around as their customers order book is overflowing.

Can't agree more the person below, as exactly the same happened to my husband. RCJ's lost vital motorcycle parts, which were irreplaceable. Kept having to chase, never ready. Would never use them again.

Not the people to use if you want quality. Earlier this year I gave them multiple motorcycle parts for chroming. After 6 months of excuses, I was given back parts that were rubbish, and I rejected them. It took another 2 months of chasing to finally get a reasonable job done. Quality control is non existent, and if they are busy, your bits go to the bottom of the pile. My advice would be to steer well clear of them.
