Please check there Ebay feedback before you buy from this store ! eBay account has now been closed 👍 Terrible customer service Item was not dispatched. Failed to answer emails. After getting through on the phone they agreed to refund that was not received had to get PayPal involved. It's clear they take money for items they don't have in-stock 🤬 one star ✨ is to much. if you want good customer service & your order to arrive uses Nexus models or Midland Helicopters 👍

Avoid he does not communicate very well I placed an order over a week ago and it says 1 to 2 day delivery but still not received my item I paid for I have tried so many times on the landline phone all I get is out of the office unable to take your call please leave a message I have left a dozen messages and email as well but still nothing a complete waste of time

Avoid. One of the worst interactions I've ever had with an online shop. Over 7 weeks waiting on my order. Emailed them, used their website messaging, phoned them twice. Zero response each time. Eventually requested a refund via PayPal. I have no idea how they can continue to run a business when they ignore their customers like this.

Where are my stick ends ordered on the 11th july? Oh you posted them on the 11th august deadline day for a response to paypal. Yes right , pathetic avoid this store . Footnote to the store I will get my money back. Ps given one star because I had to!!!!! ******FURTHER UPDATE****** WELL THE MCGREGOR BRANDED STICK ENDS FINALLY ARRIVED 6 WEEKS OR MORE AFTER INITIALLY ORDERING THEM. I SHOULD HAVE JUST PRE ORDERED THEM FROM MCGREGORS A REPUTABLE STORE WHO RESPOND TO EMAILS AND PROVIDE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
