Well I'm speechless with disappointing performance of the staff in city plumbing. Ordered a part told it be by half seven, guess what it wasn't. So I would call first to confirm first before you set off that your item is in, don't believe what they say when they say it will be. Only got one star cause had to put one other wise would of got none.

Absolutely useless, take your money and run. I bought a central heating wireless controller that developed a fault and wouldn’t work within 2 months. City Plumbing ( Clifton moor York) branch manager refused to exchange or refund even after showing my 2 month old receipt saying it not his problem, speak to the manufacturer
