Ben and Dana have answered so many questions, provided videos and extra images, organised a service and install of additional equipment - really everything you can think of to ensure we purchased the perfect boat. Ben also helped us arrange an incredible finance deal, which has saved us a lot of money. 5-Star service from a 5-star company. Highly recommended. I just bought a used yacht through RBS Marine. I am delighted with their excellent service. I was a first time boat buyer, and Dana Stevens made the process reassuringly straight-forward. She went to great trouble to anticipate any queries and answered my questions with impressive thoroughness. I dealt with some other brokers, including a well-known name, as I searched for the right boat for me, and Dana stood out as being by far the most professional, with great attention to detail and genuine interest in doing her best for the seller, and helping me as the buyer. Questions about legal/paperwork matters were answered in great detail in prompt emails, and she was always on hand to follow things up. The sea trial was conducted in accordance with industry standards, adhering to correct health and safety protocols. On the day of the handover Dana made an effort to make the day special, made sure everything was presented properly, and went out of her way to be helpful. If I ever need to sell a boat, I know where to go. Highly recommended.
