Great staff. I love the store and how it's presented. They provide a free bag with every purchase, a very nice and sizable fabric bag. They have items on display to use, so you can actually get a feel for what you're buying. Quite spacious as it is often not too busy.

Fantastic service today from John, Clearly passionate about his job and couldnt do enough to help me choose the right Razer Blade for me and my business. He did a great job at repairing my relationship with Razer after me previously having a failed Blade 14 and even managed to get me a great price on my new Blade 16 4080 which was a great surprise. Couldnt recomend buying from Razer directly any more if I tried. Was great to speak with someone who clearly shares a passion for tech and gaming as much as myself. Didnt make it feel like he was trying to sell me something I didnt need, he made the process feel effortless and I didnt feel bad about parting with almost £4,000 and driving almost 4 hours to get to the store! Excellent experience. Wanted to try the mice in person, the staff was super helpful and friendly, they gave me lots of different mice to try and set up an aim trainer so that I could actually try them in action. Ended up buying the DeathAdder, even though my previous mouse had a Viper-like shape. So thanks to that I got the perfect shape for me!
