    If I could give 0 star rating I would. As a registered firearms dealer we have dealt with Raytrade for a number of years, Stocking all their brands mainly Remington and Marlin. Everything is great when they are taking your money but as soon as there is a warranty problem they don't want to know. We have a Marlin underlever which was sold to a customer in between lockdowns, the first chance he got to try it at the range he discovered it had an issue cycling rounds. We tested it ourselves with both Magtech and PPU 38spl and 357 ammo and confirmed there was an issue. We also tested 2 other brand new Marlin rifles with the same ammo, both worked perfectly. We had to pay to return the rifle to Raytrade, No one could give us a straight answer what the issue was. First we were told that they couldn't find an issue with it but had replaced a part anyway. When returned it was worse than it was before, so it was sent back a second time. after a while we had to chase them for progress and were told they were waiting for a part. when it was returned, it turned out that they had instead done some work to the lifter, filing it in a couple of places. What ever they did, didn't work. They refuse to accept that there is an issue and claim it must be down to ammo. We have provided numerous videos, clearly showing the issue with various types of ammo used, we also provided videos of the same ammo working perfectly with 2 other Marlin underlevers we have in stock. We certainly will not be using Raytrade in the future.

    Despite some other reviews, I have found Raytrade to be impeccable in their service. I counter that Richard is humorous, friendly and very knowledgeable. Raytrade is a fairly new supplier to the trade with an utterly refreshing can do attitude.

    Fantastic customer service. My RFD had to return a LBR Iā€™d bought due to an issue. Raytrade replaced the item and compensated me with some accessories because of the delay in getting a replacement. They even phoned me up to let me know what was happening and when I could expect my replacement. I think being able to trust a supplier is really important and, after this experience, have total faith in Raytrade as a distributor that really cares about its customers.
