Have been in twice since it was taken over. Once the staff ignored us for far too long deciding to fill up a fridge and do something out the back instead. When eventually dealt with it was as if we were an inconvenience to what they were doing. The server also had terrible body odour. Second visit there were two flavours available and it was only 2pm and not busy. Such a shame. Looks nicer inside but the products and services aren't anywhere near what they were

Wow! Avoid this place at all costs!!! The staff are so bloody rude, walked in at 4.20, and we got greeted with we are closing in 10 minutes, the website states 6? Then we got told they have no waffles we said oh no way and the staff member sarcastically said well we haven't had any for months as if we should know?? We literally just moved from London!

Love the Ice cream from here but the service today was truly awful. We walked along the old railway line particularly to get an ice cream. Unfortunately due to staff shortages they were closing early (4.45 instead of 6pm) which I do understand, however, the manner in which this information was delivered was truly awful. I said I was really disappointed with the customer service and was told they were in a rush to close and go home (so basically get lost) Won't be returning.

Always friendly staff, different flavours to choose from, nice service, loads of ice cream in the scoops. I always go for 1 scoop as 2 is too much for me, but my 10 year old gets 2 and always finishes them😁. Recommend to everyone😉
