Raynes Roofing did a wonderfully skilled and neat job of repairing our leaking roof gulley. They were punctual, polite and tidy. When the work was completed they showed us photos of their completed repair. A nice touch was how they had matched the mortar colour on the hip tiles to the original colour. Raynes were recommended to me and I contacted them about some roof work. They came and were helpful; giving good advice for the work to be done. I received a quotation, accepted it and then heard no more. No date was ever scheduled or even roughly estimated. I did chase a couple of times but then gave up, but by then some time had elapsed. I would prefer people are honest and if they can't do a job, just let me know rather than leave me hanging around waiting for work on a leaking roof.

Had a quote last December for repair to a small issue, cancelled work due to covid to staff, have e -mailed a few times since then and told they were waiting for better weather. It obviously never came as repair was never done. Very poor communication only when I asked for an update did they reply. Shame as I wanted to use a local company but have had to go elsewhere before winter sets in Service: Roof repair
