Very caring and attentive staff. Everyone from reception, care staff and management work very hard to keep the care home running to its high standard. Very accommodating to residents needs acting courteous and efficiently. The care home is very clean, tidy and has various activities for residents to take part in and lovely dining room and gardens. Always give feedback to families and welcome family on arrival. Even George the Boxer dog loved coming on his visits here knowing he was going to get well looked after!!! Many thanks to each and everyone of you looking after Eileen.

My Mum has lived in both Yew Trees assisted accommodation and currently in Rayner House.I have always been pleased with the way the Staff have looked after her.They have been particularly caring during the pandemic, being meticulous about keeping the residents safe.The building is always clean and tidy and provides a comfortable place to live without being ostentatious.

My grandmother has lived at ray or house for over 5 years and has always been treated incredibly well. Staff are helpful and friendly, and the care provided and decisions made by management throughout the global pandemic has always been spot on. I commend the staff for a brilliant attitude, and would whole heartedly recommend raynor house.

My mother has been resident at Rayner House for 3 years, she has poor communication skill's, but the staff help her in every way they can, the home is clean comfortable and the staff are attentive and always their to listen and discuss care, I would not hesitate to recommend Rayner House.

My mother has been living at Rayner House for almost 2 years. She isn't well at the moment, and is nearing end of life. I can't thank Caroline, and all the staff for their help with my mom, allowing me to stay so I can spend those precious moments with my mom Rayner House is a wonderful home to live, the sheer professional determination, love and caring they give to each resident is second to none. Health and Safety come first. Please if you are thinking of placing your loved ones here, I can well recommend Rayner House. You won't be disappointed. Worked and currently working at Rayner house for work experience. Lovely Care home and would highly recommend for anyone looking for high quality care and a beautiful setting. From lounges to the day centre in Yew Trees LTD. The Rayner house offers a lot of activities and comfort areas for residents to relax or enjoy time with games. Would highly recommend!
