As a trainee in the Merchant Navy, I come here for my medical examinations, and both times I've had Dr Robinson. Although I'm registered to a different surgery, I found Dr Robinson absolutely brilliant alongside the other staff who work there. Deffo will think about using in the future!

Ladies on reception weren't very friendly. I waited to speak to them for a while, and even when I did, I almost felt like I had to apologise for having questions and wanting to check in. Not a good sign if you go to your GP practice and feel like you're bothering them because you need to see a doctor. The nurse, however, was friendly.

The nurse helped me to to do blood test, ECG and blood pressure test was amazing. She is one of the best nurses I have ever seen. I am lucky.

Unfortunately the receptionist acts more like a prison guard rather than receptionist. I was told to go to minor injuries rather than bother the GP. No empathy whatsoever. Nhs is totally crumbling and unless you are dying , you don't get help.

I've been with this Surgery for over 2 years now and recently changed address. Even though my new house it's a bit far from Raymond (there's at least other 3 Surgery next to my new place), because is still within the range I decided not to change. The staff at the reception are amazing. I always feel welcome either in person or over the phone and specially Jags. She's 5 stars. It's not all about the Dr's. I really hope Jags has the recognition she deserves. Unfortunately, the only thing good in this surgery is just the reception which in a patient view makes us feel welcome but doesn't fit the purpose of the surgery. It's a shame that, with such a good admin staff you can't have the same experience when it comes to the Drs.

I've had mixed experiences at this practice over the years. Some doctors and receptionists are understanding and polite, while others are patronising and careless. One staff member there ought to know his patients may be anxious and/or desperate for treatment. A recent phone call concerning my suffering baby was appalling. I don't often leave reviews, but felt it's important to do so. Times may be difficult right now, but that gives more reason to care in his profession. If you're going to work in the medical/care sector, this is absolutely vital. Thank you to those who do their best. To the rest. Please improve.

Terrible surgery. Have sign stating if 5 minutes late for appointment you will have to rearrange but don't mind making you wait 25 minutes over your appointment with no explanation or apology. Order repeat prescription online but constantly have to go to surgery after going to chemist several times, to be told they don't have it on their system, like you did it wrong and with that same attitude. Don't have time to go backwards and forwards due to a system that is supposed to make it easier and run out of medication in the meantime.
