I went for an assessment and Steven recommended dry needling and deep tissue massage. The headaches have gone the neck and shoulder feels better. Steven was professional and extremely knowledgeable. First consultation after my knee flared up from an old injury and he was quick to pinpoint the exact cause of the problem and give me an extensive exercise program to resolve the issue. Using an app to do that was really helpful as it reminds me to do the exercises! Would 100% recommend.

***UPDATE*** Steve phoned me immediately after I wrote this review and gave reasons for the delay. He then sent me the information I had asked for and arranged a further appointment with me to check on progress, checking in a week or two later via text to see how I was doing in the meantime. For one reason and another, I have not been able to attend the follow-up. That said, I appreciate Steve's efforts to rectify the situation and have thus updated my review to reflect this. Standards slip from time to time with the demands placed on all of our lives. I get the impression this was one of those times and a rarity considering the rave reviews I've heard from people in the past. ***ORIGINAL*** I'd heard great things about Steve and was impressed with the initial assessment and the implementation of Physiotools and Deadbugs. That said, we did not run through the exercises in the session to troubleshoot and the promised communication afterwards was non-existent. I initially put it down to a busy schedule but it's been weeks now and still no response to my few questions about the exercises. I fully appreciate that this offer is above and beyond but, in my mind, a patient shouldn't be promised something that cannot be honoured. The lack of clarification has scuppered my implementation of the recovery programme and has discouraged me from returning, I'm sad to say. Back to square one.
