First visit with single axle trailer went very well, no problems at all and staff very helpful. 2nd visit we were interrogated by short female who accused us of having trade waste (10 years plus of broken home). I was happy to show council tax bill but 'she who must be obeyed' insisted in opening several bags and said we shouldn't have that much stuff. Thankfully won't have to go again.

No wonder this place normally has long queues of traffic. Although on the day I went (weds) it was really quiet but still took an hour to unload the car..... The staff (Est. 6 people) all stand around and just tell you which bin to throw your rubbish into. No offer to help carry anything what so-ever and blame COVID-19 (but they have clothing & gloves) so i think this is a lazy excuse not to do anything other than stand/watch/speak..... However 1 of the staff at entrance also tells you which bay to park your car into. I think it is his job to have the biggest laugh of all, as he will put you in a bay which is the farthest away from the general waste bin - Especially when your car is full of general waste. Plus I was told I could not move my car closer to the bin once I was in a bay (even though these bays become empty during my stay) AGAIN I THINK THIS MEMBER OF STAFF WAS JUST DOING HIS BEST TO MAKE MY LIFE DIFFICULT...... If i had a bay near bin 9 (general waste) it would have taken 10 minutes to unload... His manager did apologise for him being most unhelpful!!! At least I had a good physical workout whilst unloading/dumping my rubbish and not feeling unfit for just standing and checking phone and directing traffic!
