    Rayleigh Hfi, straight from the start were so helpful and responsive. They always returned my emails within half an hour and any call I made my questions were answered instantly. They have now renovated our cinema which was installed in 2014. It was playing up and causing us anxiety, especially when we had invited guests to join us for a film and the system failed to work efficiently. Bad sound and faultering picture. Rob and his team, Kellen and Michael were fantastic. We thank them all. I am praising Rob separately for the kindness he showed.

    Thirty-one years ago (1991), I bought my first high quality hifi system from Rayleigh HiFi in Chelmsford. Since then, I have continually upgraded my hifi components with purchases from Rayleigh. Instead of 'sales tactics', Rayleigh staff have always been enthusiastic providers of information regarding their products. Sales pressure is totally absent, and customers are encouraged to make up their own minds based upon affordability and auditions of hifi components. Rayleigh HiFi provides only the highest quality audio equipment and after-sales customer care is first rate. Only yesterday (as I write) did I visit the Chelmsford show rooms to negotiate another purchase. At the age of 84, this may be my last - or it may be my 5th from last!

    >10 years since my original Sonos purchase but Rob remembered me immediately I walked into the shop. He talked me through the changes and improvements to the system and a visit to my house followed. Rob was clear about what upgrades were required and where I could contain costs and once agreed, quickly put my order in. The installation was smooth and efficient - both guys were tidy and respectful and took time to explain everything, particularly at the end when we went through every room and they simply demonstrated how to use the equipment. All communication was timely and clear and I am now thoroughly enjoying my new system. Many thanks to Rob and his team.
