Having used R C S, Markj in particular, for many years, I would strongly recommend them to anyone who needs help and guidance with their PC . Each time I have had a problem and needed to visit/speak with them, they have found a solution and guided me through it onto the correct path. Each year they send a reminder that the annual service is due and quickly and efficiently deal with this and other problems they can see need to be averted - as well as any others you wish them to look at as their assistance you feel is neded. My words of thanks are rarely enough when I need their help.

My Laptop died with years of data lost. RCS was able to remove my data from the dead hard drive and sold me a 2nd hand laptop and loaded all my data. 3 times I returned as I remembered I needed other data and at no cost John recovered the data. Absolute genius but the service was outstanding. A million thankyou.
